Hi,

I just sent an email inquiring about this purchase. I still haven’t received it nor tracking number. This says you sent it out the day after I purchased. I’ve never received it, nor as I just said, even received a tracking number. Not sure what to do from here please advise

Can only review order and service

Ordered this item 8 days ago. Attempted to cancel due to it not arriving in time for my trip and they said they could not cancel as it was already shipped. I have now taken that trip and returned and have yet to receive the item. No tracking info, no updates, and still no item. Horrible customer service and no tracking or item support.
