Product/Order Issues

Please refer to the tracking info in the confirmation email or text that was sent to you to find out where your order is.

If that doesn't work and your case has a removable kickstand, you can purchase a new kickstand here:

Returns & Exchanges

Want to make an exchange? Please follow these steps:

NOTE: Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Step 1: Package your case up in original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Must have original packaging. Please include the packing slip with your order number.

Step 2: Send us an email using the form below. Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and desired case. We will send back a USPS return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package. Take the package to the post office or leave it in a USPS drop box.
