Please refer to these frequently asked questions before contacting us:

Product/Order Issues

Please refer to the tracking info in the confirmation email or text that was sent to you to find out where your order is. Check your tracking number if your order has already shipped. You can always check there for the most up-to-date information.

Orders are fulfilled in our warehouse Monday through Friday by 2pm EST. US shipping usually only takes 1-3 days but may take a little longer depending on USPS. Click here to read our Shipping Policy.

If your kickstand is stuck out, click here to learn how to reset your kickstand.

If that doesn't work and your case has a removable kickstand, click here to purchase a replacement kickstand.

If your case's kickstand is NOT removable and you are within your 1-year warranty period, click here to get a warranty replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Want to make an exchange? Please follow these steps:

NOTE: Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Step 1: Package your case up in original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Must have original packaging. Please include the packing slip with your order number.

Step 2: Send us an email using the form below. Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and desired case. We will send back a USPS return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package. Take the package to the post office or leave it in a USPS drop box.
