The following monetary reimbursement policy will referred to as the "Program" herein. The Program applies to Scooch, LLC (“Scooch”) products that meet all of the following conditions: (a) the product was purchased by the consumer directly from Scooch through the Scooch.com website or Scooch’s Amazon listings where the “Sold By” is stated as “Scooch Case”, or from an authorized retailer who purchased the product directly from an authorized Scooch distributor, and from no other source; and (b) the product was in its original, unopened and new condition at the time of purchase by the consumer. By way of example only, products purchased from third party resellers on-line through Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com or any other online service are not covered by any Scooch Warranty or Guarantee. The term "Guarantee" will be used to describe the monetary device coverage in the form of screen repair reimbursement as provided by Scooch to the customer.

Scooch, LLC reimbursement coverage varies by product and applies toward the repair or replacement of your device's display glass only. This limited warranty does not cover liquid damage, negligent, fraudulent, and/or intentional damage. Does not cover normal wear and tear (scratches). Your Scooch $100 or $250 Guarantee is void if the product covered by the warranty has been damaged other than damage due to Scooch, LLC product failure.

Scooch reserves the right to modify the processes, procedures, parameters, or other terms of the Program, or terminate the Program entirely, at any time, without prior notice to you. If Scooch terminates the Program, it may, at its sole option: (i) continue to honor valid Registrations that are made within the applicable Registration Period prior to the effective date of termination of the Program; or (ii) provide you with reasonable compensation (as determined by Scooch in its sole discretion).

Registration:

The Guarantee must be registered within 30 days of the purchase date on the Scooch.com website. A sales receipt must be provided at the time of registration. This can be a screenshot of the purchaser's online order or the packing slip stating details of Scooch product or product bundle. If the purchaser cannot produce a receipt, the Guarantee does not apply. The purchase date provided on the Registration Form must match the purchase date on the purchaser's receipt. The purchaser's name provided on the Registration Form must match the name on the purchaser's receipt. The Guarantee coverage expires one (1) year from the purchase date. A photo of the device must be provided at the time of registration with the product or product bundle properly installed to prove to it that it is not already broken at the time of registration. The device's IMEI number is needed for verification. The photo must show all 4 corners of the front of the phone with the case installed if a case was included. The IMEI number must be shown on the screen. If the purchaser purchased a case with a screen protector or a product bundle with a screen protector, the screen protector must be installed on the phone in the photo. This must not be a screenshot of the IMEI number. If the purchaser cannot produce a photo of the product, the Guarantee does not apply. The phone screen must not be broken in this picture.

The purchaser agrees that the information provided in their registration is all accurate. They acknowledge that successful completion of the Registration Form does not guarantee success of future claims.

Claims:

Claims must be made on the Scooch.com website immediately after device damage occurs. Purchaser must upload a photo of their broken device to prove to it that it is the same device that they registered with. IMEI number is needed for verification. The photo must show all 4 corners of the front of the damaged phone with the case installed if a case was included. The IMEI number must be shown on the screen. If the purchaser purchased a case with a screen protector or a product bundle with a screen protector, the screen protector must be installed on the phone in the photo. This must not be a screenshot of the IMEI number. If the purchaser cannot show a photo of the damaged product to prove that the device was due to Scooch product failure and not liquid damage, negligent, fraudulent, and/or intentional damage, the claim is invalid and does not apply.

Valid claims will lead to monetary Repair Reimbursement for the purchaser. Repair Reimbursement comes in the form of a VISA gift card with a value of up to $100 or up to $250 depending on the coverage provided by a particular product or product bundle. The purchaser must have their device repaired by a cell phone repair shop or cell phone manufacturer prior to receiving Reimbursement. The Repair Reimbursement will be provided to the purchaser after evidence of the repair has been provided to Scooch, LLC in the form of a receipt or invoice from a cell phone repair shop or cell phone manufacturer. A Scooch representative will validate each claim and facilitate these steps needed after a claim has been made.

The monetary amount on the gift card will not exceed the total cost on the repair receipt or invoice, up to $100 or $250 depending on the maximum coverage provided by the purchased product or product bundle. For instance, if the purchaser registered a Scooch Liquid Screen Protector with a $250 Guarantee, broke their screen, had it repaired, and the total cost of the repairs was only $200, Scooch would only be liable to reimburse the purchaser the amount of the repairs, which would be $200. If the repair cost totaled $300, Scooch would only be liable to reimburse the purchaser the maximum coverage provided by the purchased product, which would be $250.

Only damages to the screen of the device are eligible for repair reimbursement - not other parts of the device such as the camera lens(es), the back of the device, the sides of the device, etc.

Scooch reserves the right to deny any Guarantee Claim for any reason or if it appears to be fraudulent or does not adhere to this policy.
