Returns for Refund:
Want to make a return and get a refund? Please follow these steps:
NOTE: Returns for refund can only be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom cases are subject to a minimum $7 USD restocking fee.
Step 1: Package your case up in its original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Must have original packaging. Please include the packing slip with your order number.
Step 2: Send us a message using the form on our contact page. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will send back a USPS return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package. Take the package to the post office or leave it in a USPS drop box.
