SCOOCH PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all users of the www.scoochcase.com website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how Scooch LLC (“Scooch”) collects and uses information when you interact with the Site.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact Scooch at info@scoochusa.com. Your use of the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Scooch Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) available on the Site. By accessing or using the Site you accept and agree to this Privacy Police and the Terms. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Site. If at any point you do not entirely agree to all of the Privacy Policy and the Terms as each exists now or is amended in the future, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information by Scooch through your interaction with the Site. Other websites that may be accessible through links from the Site may have their own privacy policies concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

  1.        On-Line Tracking. Scooch uses cookies and related technologies to collect information about your computer and your interaction with the Site. Scooch may also collect personal information and transaction information if you contact Scooch via telephone, email, text, postal mail, social media interaction, or other methods of communication.When you use the Site, Scooch may collect certain information by automated or electronic means, using technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, browser analysis tools, and web server logs.   4.        Disclosure Requests. Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California can obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. In particular, the law provides that companies must inform consumers about the categories of personal information that have been shared with third parties, the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties.   5.        Changes to Privacy Policy. Scooch may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended Privacy Policy on the Site. If you access or use the Site after the change is posted (or after the effective date of the change if an effective date is provided), you accept and agree to the amended Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy cannot be changed or amended in any other manner except in a written amendment that is executed by hand (not by email) by you and by an authorized representative of Scooch.
