Yes, the ultra-strong adhesive will easily stick on to any non-silicone phone case. Note: Phones today are made with a glass backing that could be damaged if too much force is applied when removing the Wingback. Instead, we recommend attaching the Wingback to your phone case.
The Wingback will almost certainly outlive your phone — the spring is rated for 25,000 pops! That means if you pop it 10 times a day, it will last for about 7 years.
Yes, you can remove your Wingback! Simply work a dull, but thin, item between your phone case and the Wingback from one side to the other, moving slowly all the way down the length of the Wingback. We recommend either an old credit card that’s not in use anymore, dental floss, or a thin fishing line. Dip either the floss or fishing line into isopropyl alcohol to help with removal. Be sure to clean any remaining adhesive from the back of your phone case.
Yes! The steel Scooch badge isn't actually a magnet, but it is magnetic. mounting it on a magnetic mount will have no effects on your phone. iPhones are made for this kind of stuff.
The Wingback works fine with any magnetic mount, but it will work best with our very own magnetic mount, the Wingmount. The magnets on the Wingmount are aligned perfectly with to fit the Wingback for the best possible hold. Simply add a Wingback Bundle to your cart and choose to add on a Wingmount when it asks you!
No. The Wingback does not work with wireless charging or MagSafe. We recommend using a cable to charge your phone while the Wingback is attached.
