Returns for Refund:

NOTE: Returns for refund can only be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom cases are subject to a minimum $7 USD restocking fee. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we'll issue your refund!

Want to make a return and get a refund? Please follow these steps:

  1. Package your case up in its original packaging, using an appropriately sized envelope or box. Must have original packaging. Please include the packing slip with your order number.
  2. Send us a message using the form on our contact page. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will send back a USPS return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package. Take the package to the post office or leave it in a USPS drop box.
